RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Anvirraa Collection, we strive to provide a seamless rental experience. Since our products are rented for specific dates and occasions, all bookings are confirmed once the order is placed.

Returns & Cancellations

No Returns or Exchanges: Rental outfits cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless the wrong item or size is sent.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders cancelled more than 7 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled within 3–7 days of the rental date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Orders cancelled less than 3 days before the rental date are non-refundable.

Security Deposit:

A Security deposit is charged, it will be fully refunded after the outfit is returned on time and in good condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Product:

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective outfit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return Process:

The outfit must be returned within the agreed rental period.
Outfits should be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Minor wear is acceptable, but any major damage, stains, or missing accessories may result in additional charges.

Late Return Charges:

Late returns may attract additional charges for each extra day.

In case the rented product is not returned within the agreed rental duration, the applicable rental charges will be doubled.

Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.

2. Choose a Try-On date

After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store

Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.

3. Enter your details at checkout

Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.

4. Receive appointment reminders

To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

5. Visit Us at the Store

On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.

1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?

If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.

2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.
