Refund policy


At Anvirraa Collection, we strive to provide a seamless rental experience. Since our products are rented for specific dates and occasions, all bookings are confirmed once the order is placed.

Returns & Cancellations

No Returns or Exchanges: Rental outfits cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless the wrong item or size is sent.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cancelled more than 7 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 3–7 days of the rental date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Orders cancelled less than 3 days before the rental date are non-refundable.

Security Deposit:
Security deposit is charged, it will be fully refunded after the outfit is returned on time and in good condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective outfit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return Process:

  • The outfit must be returned within the agreed rental period.

  • Outfits should be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

  • Minor wear is acceptable, but any major damage, stains, or missing accessories may result in additional charges.

Late Return Charges:
Late returns may attract additional charges for each extra day.
